About this sachet
The same blend, in the format that goes where a tin will not: a jacket pocket, a laptop sleeve, the door of a car.
Nothing is left out to make it travel. It is seven grams of the tin, sealed against a humid afternoon and finished in one sitting: tear it, empty it, and there is nothing left to carry home.
It is also how most people meet this: one sachet, somewhere unremarkable, at four o’clock. The tin is what happens afterwards.
Rose first. The cooling turns up about ten seconds later and settles at the back. Then a long dry finish off the fennel. Sweetness is deliberately the quietest thing in it. There is no refined sugar to shout with.
