What we collect

• Your email address, when you sign in or place an order.
• Your name, phone number and delivery address, when you place an order. We cannot post a parcel without them.
• Your order history and its status.
• Your birthday (day and month only, never the year), if you choose to tell us on your order page. It is used for one thing: a small discount in that week, once the date has been with us a month. Ask and we delete it.
• Answers you volunteer to the occasional question about how you use the product. These are optional and you can ignore them.
• Usage analytics: pages viewed, what was added to a basket, where you arrived from, and the prices you were shown.
• A recording of your visit: which pages you moved through, where you scrolled and what you clicked. Everything you type into a field is masked before it leaves your browser, so passwords, addresses and payment details are never in a recording. We use these to find out where the site confuses people.

What we never see

Card numbers, UPI PINs and bank credentials. Payment is handled entirely by Razorpay. The details are entered in their sheet and never reach our servers. We receive a payment identifier and an amount, and nothing else.

Why we collect it

To take an order, charge for it, post it, and answer you when you write. The analytics exist to work out whether the product is worth making, and to find where the site is confusing.

Who else it goes to

• ROZ, as the seller.
• Razorpay, to take the payment.
• Supabase, where the database and sign-in live.
• PostHog, for usage analytics. Served first-party through this domain.
• The courier: name, address and phone, so the parcel arrives.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires them, which in India is several years. Analytics are kept in aggregate. Ask us to delete everything else and we will.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. One stores your basket in your own browser so it survives a reload, and it never leaves your device. One remembers which advert or link brought you here, for the length of this visit only, so we can tell which ones work. Analytics set an identifier so repeat visits are not counted as new people. No advertising cookies are set by us.
