Where we send it, what it costs, and how long it takes.
What it costs
Postage is ₹50 on orders under ₹500, and free at ₹500 and above. The price you see at checkout is the price charged. GST at 5% is already included in it.
Where we send it
India only, to any address a courier will reach. We do not ship internationally.
A pincode that our courier cannot serve will be refunded in full rather than held, and we will write to you first.
When it goes out
Everything comes out of a single blended lot. Orders are dispatched in the sequence they were placed, which is why the checkout quotes a dispatch date rather than a delivery date.
That date is a genuine estimate against the lot, not a guarantee. If it moves, we write and tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund at any point before your parcel is handed to the courier.
Once dispatched, most Indian addresses see delivery in three to seven working days.
If it arrives damaged
Photograph the parcel and the tin before opening anything else, and write to us within 48 hours of delivery. We replace or refund damaged and incorrect items in full, including postage. You will not be asked to return a damaged food product.
