The agreement between you and us when you order.
Orders and pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we take payment and send you a confirmation. Until then, we can decline it and refund you in full.
All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST at 5% (HSN 2106). The total shown at checkout is the total charged.
Prices are re-read on our server when an order is placed, so what you are charged is what the catalogue says at that moment, not what a stale page in a browser tab says.
If something is listed at a clearly wrong price and you could reasonably tell it was wrong, we may cancel and refund rather than honour it.
Pre-orders
Items are blended in lots. Where an order is placed against a lot that has not yet been made, the dispatch date shown at checkout is our honest estimate for that lot and is recorded against your order.
You are charged when you order, not when the lot is ready. In exchange, you can cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch (see the refunds page).
The product
This is a mukhwas: a blend of seeds, spices and dried fruit. It contains no supari, no kattha, no betel leaf and no tobacco.
It contains sesame-adjacent seeds, tree-nut-adjacent seeds and dried fruit. If you have an allergy, read the ingredient list on the product page before ordering. We cannot guarantee against trace cross-contact.
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no claim is made that this product treats or prevents anything.
Your account
Sign-in is by one-time link to your email address. Anyone with access to that inbox can reach your order history, so keep it secure.
Liability
We are responsible for getting you what you ordered, in the condition described. Where something goes wrong, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts of Gujarat.
